November 2019 marked the renovation of four guestrooms registered as cultural assets and guestrooms with hot spring baths. We also newly opened a freely reservable bath, too!
A quiet inn surrounded by greenery on a site of 6,000 tsubo at the foot of Mt. Gozu. Fireflies dance in the pristine garden in early summer, and the entire garden is dyed in Kinshu in autumn. Nine guest rooms, including tangible cultural properties, are comfortable spaces that incorporate newness while retaining the good old-fashioned atmosphere. We value your private space, so from check-in to meals, All procedures are done in the guest room. If you have a bath, you can spend your own time without meeting anyone. Japan|Age: 40s|Family with kid(s)3Posted: 12/21/2022大雪の日に伺った際の電話対応の方の案内がイマイチで酷い目に遭いました。その後も到着いつですか？的な電話で、交通状況を心配するでもなく、時間が遅れる確認で急かされるてるようで気分悪かったです。 出発時間が早かったせいか、帰りも見送りは一切なく、どこから出るかも分からずこちらから確認する始末。 あと、食事のときに次持ってきてもいいですか？と急かす感じは良くないと思います。残ってる量見れば感じますよね？ もちろん、悪いことばかりでは無く、担当の仲居さんの丁寧な説明や、車の雪下ろしをしていただいた男性はとても好印象でした。 せっかく素敵な部屋と食事なので、もう少しおもてなしの温かい接客があれば良かったです。 期待を込めてまた雪がないときに行きたいです。応援してます。
