    部屋の前の階段と通路に落ち葉やゴミが散乱していたので、客を通す前に掃除してほしい。翌日もそのままでした。 部屋のWiFiがつながらず、一度点検して頂いてつながったけど、すぐにつながらなくなりました。 食事の味、量とも良かったです。 星が綺麗でいつまでも見上げていたい景色でした。

    星空が素晴らしく美しかった。 食事、温泉、お部屋、満足でした。 道のりは遠くても、絶景が迎えてくれるから問題ありません。 リピートしたいお宿です。

    壮大な大自然の景色に感動しました。今まで宿泊してきたホテルには無い素晴らしさです。料理もお風呂も大満足です。部屋の空調調節が細かく設定できない為、丁度良い室温にするのが難しかったです。一緒に行った別家族の部屋のアメニティが未使用ではなく、封が開いた液体で汚れていて残念でした。またいつの日か行きたい場所です。素敵なお正月を迎えれました。ありがとうございました。

    チェックイン時の対応に少し?がありつつも、お部屋も素敵で、夕食も美味しかったです。夕食時にサーブしてくださった方はとても対応が丁寧で気持ちよく食事ができました。 朝食は、一般的なバイキング。もう少し特色があると更に魅力的な御宿になるかなと思いました。

    ディナー、朝食共にとても美味しく頂きました。特にとても快適に過ごす事が出来たので満足です。ぜひまた利用したいと思います。

    約20年ぶり?の宿泊。全然変わっていなかったです。旅行割があり久しぶりに利用させて頂きました。雨のレゾネイトでしたけど、楽しめました。夕食は、松茸づくしで、器も凝っていてとてもおいしかったです。
