妻が妊娠中の為、生ものの変更をお願いしていましたが、病院の連絡先や食事の際のクッションの準備、カフェインレスコーヒー、近隣の神社の安産祈願のお守りまで頂きました。 温かみのある接客に心から感謝いたします。 夕食にしゃぶしゃぶを頂きましたが口に入れた瞬間溶けて本当に美味しかったです。 由布岳を見ながら入る露天風呂も最高でした。 12月に出産予定なので暫くは行く事は出来ませんが、子育てが落ち着いたらまた必ず利用したいと思います。 帰りに宇奈岐日女神社に参拝して帰りました。 由布院がますます好きになる良い旅行でした。 ありがとうございます。

急遽、温泉に入りたくなったので、素泊まりですがこちらのお宿を利用させて頂きましたが掃除も行き届いており雰囲気もスタッフの方々もとても感じ良く更にお部屋もグレードアップしていただきありがとうございました！客室露天風呂は2人でゆったりとつかれ何度も入りました。とても良い１日を過ごせました。 後､2リットルペットボトルお水が無料なのはかなりGOODですね。 ただ、リビングでTVが見にくかったのが残念でした。 それとTVにNetflixが欲しいです。大分はチャンネルが少ないのでYouTubeが観れると嬉しいので是非、是非、是非とも検討願います！！！ また、伺います♪

なにかもが素晴らしかったです。これこそがおもてなしです。近づきすぎず、遠すぎず。お陰様でゆったりと心地よく過ごすことができました。料理も最高でした。佐賀牛のすきやき（関東風）、またいただきたいです。お米も美味しく、お代わりさせてもらいました。２杯目はお茶碗まで大きくなってビックリしました笑。お腹いっぱいになりました。そして玉子もすごくおいしく、朝ごはんにはきっちりと卵かけご飯にしていただきました。また必ず再訪させていただきたいと思いました。一つ問題があるのはレンタカーで行くとナビがとんでもない道（ケモノ道？）を案内するので気を付けてください。しっかりとグーグルマップで確認して行くことをお勧めします。

温泉宿メインでゆっくりと過ごす旅行にしたかったので、このお宿を選ばせていただきました。 おかげで素敵なお部屋に泊まることができました！ 露天風呂も気持ちよかったです♪ チェックアウトの際には、私たちが何も言わずとも、由布岳をバックに記念撮影しましょうか？とスタッフの方から言って頂き、記念撮影までして頂けました！ スタッフの方々のおもてなしが素晴らしかったです。

■There is no convenience store near the hotel, so please purchase at the 7-Eleven in front of the station.
The location is a little difficult to understand. Even if you enter the phone number in the car navigation system, it may indicate a different place or a narrow road.

Bicycle rental is basically only on the day of stay. It may not be possible to rent the next day.
Please note that you can enter the room after 15:00.
From 17:00, we may not be able to accommodate pick-up and drop-off due to dinner preparation.
[Notes on the loft building] It is a little narrow with a 4 or 5 tatami floor and a loft (bedroom). It's like an attic, and you can take the stairs to the loft bedroom. The ceiling of the loft part is a little low. Please make a reservation after understanding this.
■We ask that only adults (junior high school students and older) stay with a maximum of two people. We are very sorry for children and customers other than 2 people, but please do not hesitate to ask for another opportunity.
■Bath tax is required separately. (150 yen per person)
■Free pick-up is fine if you contact us on the day! Please let me know when you arrive at Yufuin station. (TEL 0977-84-5565)
■The pick-up service is available from 15:00 to 17:00. Please note that we cannot accommodate after 17:00 as dinner starts.
