以前に宿泊した人から良かったよと言われたので予約しました。何しろ日本語はほとんど通じない。フロントに電話するも「今日本語話せるスタッフが居ないのでもう一度電話して下さい」と言われる。夕食は海外式スタッフも一緒に食事するスタイル。やたら高いシャンパンやワインすすめられる。バーはディスコ状態で我々還暦過ぎにはダメです。次は無い。こんなことなら、フサキリゾートか石垣島シーサイドホテルにすればよかったと後悔してます。

お部屋に虫が出ます。 起きたら顔の横をアリが歩いていました… お庭もありますが、すごい虫なので出ていません。 毎日虫が出るので、防虫スプレーが欲しかったです。 空気清浄機の加湿は満タン水が入っているのに給水マークがついて機能していません。 めちゃくちゃ乾燥します。 お掃除は外国仕様です。 チェックイン後部屋に入るとゴミが落ちてたり普通にします。 シーツも真っ白ではなく、ケチャップ？血？のシミがあるのが顔の近くにあることもしょっちゅう。 カラスもたくさんいます。 チェックアウトの時も、旅行支援のクーポンをもらえず、翻訳サイトでもらってない旨の英語を見せましたが、日本語わからない、自分でダウンロードしないと、こっちで渡すものはないと言われました。 日本語できる人を呼んでと言っても、いないと言われました。 東京オフィスの電話番号教えてと言い、電話して対応してもらいましたが最後の最後に疲れました。 旅行支援が始まったばかりじゃないのに。 フロントに1人は旅行支援通じる人がいてほしかったです。 嫌なことがたくさんありましたが、海は川平湾に行かずとも目の前のビーチの方が綺麗じゃないかな？と思うくらい綺麗です。 バーも食事も満足です。 フロント以外のスタッフの方はみんな感じがよかったです。

GWに宿泊しました。 レストランでは混雑する時間帯がありましたが、それ以外の場所では人混みを感じませんでした。敷地が広く、色んなアクティビティがあるからだと思います。 スタッフの人達もフレンドリーで、気さくに話しかけてくれます。 滞在中は、お天気も良くて海が本当に綺麗で感動しました。シュノーケルで、たくさんのお魚を見ることが出来ました。ニモもいましたー。 子供は、ミニクラブが大好きでお迎えに行くと嫌がってました。 楽しい滞在でした。また、行きたいです。

久しぶりのクラブメッド、堪能しました！石垣は初めてでしたが、息子たちも満足しました！もっとゆっくり滞在したいですね！また行きます！
