    施設の雰囲気の良さ、お料理の評判などを見てスタッフのリフレッシュにと社員旅行で選ばせて頂きました。 小規模な会社ですので、慰安旅行くらいは贅沢にと思っていたのですが、想像以上のホスピタリティで感動致しました。 生憎のお天気でしたが、それでも空と海が一望できる絶景のプールサイド。日暮れ時に写真を撮っていると、すぐにスタッフの方が気付いてくれ、私達のカメラで撮影して下さいました。 また、館内でスタッフの方にすれ違った際には必ず気持ちのいい挨拶をして下さいます。旅の高揚感でソワソワしている様子を見て、道中の話を聞いて下さったり、ちょっとした古宇利島の紹介をして下さったりと、皆さんの仕事の手を止めて、気さくにお声がけ下さる余裕にも感心致しました。 土日など忙しい時期にはスタッフの方も忙しなくされており、何かあっても声が掛け辛い雰囲気のホテルも沢山ありますので、教育レベルの高さが伺えます。私達も見習わなければと思いました。 そして、お料理も評判通り本当にどれも美味しく、島の珍しい素材を沢山味わうことができました。器の拘りにも感動致しますよ！見た目にも楽しむ事ができて、美味しさ倍増。 ただ、同行者の1人が体調が優れず、用意して下さったものを食べ切れずに申し訳なかったです。 それにも関わらず、コースの残りの品を部屋で食べられるように個別に詰めて運んで下さった有難さ。 一番楽しみにしていた夕食でしたし、普段食いしん坊の彼女にとって本当は全部食べたかったのに、泣く泣く諦めるのかと悲しんでいたので、スタッフの方の提案とシェフの工夫のお陰で心残りにならずに済んだようです。また、夜には体調が悪化した際も、コンシェルジュの方に大変お世話になったと申しておりました。 それが皆さんのお仕事とはいえ、深夜にも関わらず楽になれる方法を親身に模索して寄り添って下さり有難かったです。お陰様で、翌朝には楽になったようです。 夕食後のお部屋のサプライズも感動致しましたし、夕食メニューの謎解きの楽しさ、各時間帯に応じて用意して下さっているメッセージや古宇利島の当日の情報カードなど、挙げるとキリがないのですが、利用者に楽しんでもらおうという細やかな配慮や工夫が本当に素晴らしかったです。 こんなに思い出深いホテルは初めてです。また絶対に再訪したいと思いました。

    彼の誕生日旅行でそちらに宿泊しました。対応して頂いた全てのスタッフの方の対応が素晴らしく気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 また、誕生日だと当日に打ち明けましたが、サプライズをして頂いて彼も私もとても嬉しかったです。 年齢制限のあるホテルなので、静かで落ち着いていた点も良かったです。 ホテルまでの道のりは少し遠く感じますが、ホスピタリティーの高さや清潔感、食事などから総合評価5点です。それ以上つけたいと思うぐらいに良かったです！ ありがとうございました^_^
