嬉野温泉でも目立つ旅館 食事も美味しくサービスも満足 大浴場も入りやすく良い温泉だった。 元旅行会社の人がオススメしているだけあってワンランク上の休日を過ごす事が出来た。 強いて難点をあげるとするなら…大浴場で脱いだ草履が自分の物だとわかるグリップとか欲しいかな

今回一緒に宿泊した方の誕生日当日この宿で誕生日祝いとして宿泊しましたが人生で1番不快でもしお祝い事で利用する方がいらっしゃるのであれば再検討する事をおすすめします。事前に誕生日である事をお伝えしていたのに何もなかったです。また泊まった日にこれまで他の宿で体験したことがない不快な事もあったので事実をお伝えします。今の所お詫びの連絡などは一切来ておりません。以下の点がどのように改善されるのかなど和多屋別荘様は回答をお願致します。かなり大きいゴキブリが部屋のトイレにいた。またゴキブリの死骸も出てきた。温泉に入浴後バスタオルを使用して髪の毛をふいたのですが鏡で見たら髪の毛全体にタオルくずが大量についてそれを髪の毛から取るのも大変だったしドライヤーをしたらそのタオルくずが粉雪のように大量に舞い不快でした。 洗面始のシンクの穴の所に青かびが生えており見える範囲は清掃して欲しかったです。部屋全体的にはこりなどが気になり、掃除に力を入れて欲しいです。書ききれないですがそのほかにも多々不快な点もありました。良かった点もあったのですがそれを帳消しになるぐらい最悪でした。

母と娘3人で宿泊しました みやび館のきさらぎの部屋だったのですがネットで見た部屋とはかけ離れていて部屋の壁は剥がれていたり部屋も思ったより狭かったです 私の確認不足ですが部屋には階段を使わないと行かれないので足の悪い母に申し訳ない事をしました それ以外は全部良かったです
