    オーベルジュプランでしたので、お食事を中心に期待しておりましたが、レイクビューも含めて大変すばらしかったです。 スタッフの方々もテキパキととてもあたたかい対応をしてくださいました。質問などにも的確にとても丁寧におこたえくださりました。 ホテルから駅まで公共交通機関（バスやタクシー）が使えないため、ホテル側の送迎で全てのお客様をサービスするのが若干大変そうなのが気になりました。ある程度希望どおりにならないことも予約時に分かっているとなお良かったかと思いました。ただ、合間におすすめスポットを回ってくださったり、みなさんサービス精神も知識も豊富でありがたかったです。 全般的には本当に素晴らしく、また必ず宿泊したいです。

    なんと言っても食事は最高でした。謳っているようにすべてが個々でしか味わえないものです。地域の素材にこだわり、目の前で一つ一つ丁寧に作りこだわりのplateに一気に美しく並べられていくのは本当に感動でした。どのplateも経験したことの無い繊細で深い味でした。施設は広大な敷地に芝生が敷き詰められて目の前の琵琶湖の静かな湖面と後ろにそびえる山の深い緑との色の対比は絶妙です。時折サルが親子で散歩に来るのもサプライズです。イヌ連れで宿泊しましたが、こんなに広い芝生を自由に走り回った経験は生まれて初めてでこれから先もないでしょう。スタッフの方方のきめ細やかで暖かい気負いのない家族的なおもてなしはこれも超一流とおもいます。朝食は、芝生に置かれたガーデンチェアーでいただきました。芝生の片隅にしつらえた小さな畠からミントの葉を摘んでハーブティを入れていただきました。幸せな時間をありがとうございます。母も大満足してくれました。また是非伺います。

    部屋は、ゆったりしていて、落ち着きます。床暖房が効いていて、裸足で過ごしたくなるところでしたが、カーペットが染みだらけだったことと、チェックインを部屋でと言われ、土足で部屋の中まで入られたので、裸足で過ごすのは、やめました。 あと、ホームページを見て、ラウンジが利用できると楽しみにしていきましたが、今は、やってないとのこと。それなら、ホームページは、変更していただきたい。アルコール好きの夫が、かなりがっかりしているのが伝わり、テンションが下がりました。 琵琶湖を見ながら、ゆっくりできたのは、よかったのですが、少し残念な休日になりました。
