The hotel will stop using the large communal bath and sauna for the time being to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

The Matsue Ekimaekan is an unmanned gate-type parking lot, so once you enter the parking lot, you cannot leave the parking lot until the time you leave.

The parking lot can accommodate a total of 270 cars in the Matsue station square building, main building, and annex. Parking lots are on a first-come, first-served basis. (Reservations not accepted)

When the parking lots (270 cars) in the Matsue 3 building are all full, we will only introduce the general parking lots in the city.

Since there is no tie-up with a general parking lot, payment will be made by time calculation. It is expected to be full at city events.

There is an additional charge for room use before check-in time (before 16:00) and after check-out (after 10:00).

Please be sure to contact the hotel if the registered arrival time has passed. If you do not contact us, we will consider that you will not come and may cancel your reservation.
