朝食に鰻丼を頂き感動しました！とても美味しく、主人も感激しておりました。こどもは添い寝でしたが枕をフロントでお借りすることができ、みんな快適に眠れました。クルマでの行き方が一方通行の細い道で分かりにくく一度通り過ぎてしまったのと、機械式駐車場だったため近隣のパーキングに停めることになったのが残念で、どちらか提携して頂けると更に嬉しいです。ハッピーアワー間に合わず無念！素敵なホテルでした。
Reply from the property北の庭THE KURETAKESOでございます。この度は当館をご利用頂きまして誠にありがとうございます。 朝食がお口に合ったようで何よりでございます。ごく少量ではございますが、浜松名物の鰻、今後も皆さまにご賞味いただけるよう提供していきたいと思います。 また、駐車場につきましてはご指摘の通り、提携の駐車場を設けることが出来たらベストだと考えておりますが、周辺の駐車場は一通り当たってみたものの、残念ながら条件の合う所が近くには無く、契約できそうなところはあってもかなりホテルから離れてしまうという状況であったため、今現在も提携先無しのままでございます。将来的に解決したい問題ではありますので、引き続き地域社会とのコミュニケーションを密に取っていきたいと思います。 浜松にいらっしゃる際にはまた是非お立ち寄りください。スタッフ一同、お待ちしております。 北の庭THE KURETAKESOフロント齋藤

いつもくれたけイン系列に泊まりますが、このホテルが一番快適です。 朝食がとても良く食べすぎてしまいます。 ただ白米がいつも硬いのが気になりますが、それ以外はとても良いと思います。

いつもはもう少し安いホテルに泊まるのですが、「ハッピーアワー」の文字に誘われて予約しました。車で行きましたが、先着20台（？）まではホテルの駐車場1000円が使えるということで利用させていただきました。駐車場の場所が分かりにくく、電話で問い合わせると丁寧に教えていただきありがたかったです。駐車場係の方も優しく入り口を教えてくださいました。ホテルの部屋では大きなベッドが設置してあり、贅沢気分で寝転がりました。さてさて、目当てのハッピーアワーは、1人一杯のみ。お金を出せばもっと飲めるかと期待しておりましたが、周りの方達が、ビジネスマンのような人が多く、見習って一杯で終わり。でも、おつまみにチョコレートがあってがっついてしまいました。ごめんなさい。 次利用するかは分かりませんが、ホテルの周りには歩いて行ける範囲で飲み屋も多く連れがあれば楽しい旅になる場所です。こじんまりとした浴場もあるので風呂好きにはたまらないかも。

建物は新しくきれいで、ハッピーアワーでドリンクが一杯無料、４つのみの洗い場ですが大浴場がある点はすごく気に入りました。ただ壁が薄く音がすごく気になりました。リピートはないかな？
