Japan|Age: 30s|Solo1Posted: 5/25/2023隣の部屋の声、音が丸聞こえで、ただただ不快だった。 壁の薄い賃貸マンションをホテルに改装したのかと思えるレベルだった。 ２連泊して、各日フロントの男性１名ずつに対応いただきましたが、 ２人とも愛想は悪くなかったのですが、接客に慣れていないのかわかりませんが、 かなり挙動不審な対応をされました。彼らの今後の成長に期待したいものです。 朝食バイキング（600円）はしっかりと食べたい人にはコスパは良いと思いました。

浜松の宿泊では、よく使わせて頂いています。 今回は広めのレディースルームで、靴を脱いで寛ぐことが出来ました。 駅から信号なしで行ける立地、品数こそ多くはないけれど美味しい和食の朝食、親切なスタッフの皆さん、リーズナブルなお値段。 満足です。

浜松まつり中の5/3に宿泊。 どこのホテルも2倍近い料金の中、リーズナブルなお値段で宿泊できました。 浜松駅から本当に近く、コンビニも近くにあります。 チェックイン前後の荷物預かりも快く受けて頂けて、 特にチェックイン前の荷物は部屋に運んでおいて頂けてありがたかったです。 WI-FIも問題なく使えました。 ウェルカムドリンクを見落としていたのが心残り。 浜松に行く際はまたリピート利用させて頂きたいです。

４月の平日に１泊しました。駅から大変近く最高の立地でしたが、駅の方から見ると、看板も見えず、ちょっと分かりづらいかも。鰻屋 八百徳さんのすぐ裏です。チェックイン前、チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくださり、フロント、レストランの方の対応もとても優しかったです。 部屋はそこそこですが、泊まるだけなら、何の問題もありません。 レストランのお水が水素水で、とても美味しかったです。 アメニティにあるのはお茶だけですが、あの水をいつでも部屋に持って行けたら最高だと思いました。
