    家族旅行で利用させていただきました。 過去の書込みコメントを見ましたが、伊藤園ホテルさんだから改善されていると思い宿泊したのですが、改善されておらずガッガリでした。 まず、お風呂の排水は悪く汚い、湯船の温度は熱すぎて子供が入れませんでした。 露天風呂にはゴキブリもいて、不衛生！ 食事も質が落ちたのでは？　早い時間だったにも関わらず、補充がされておらず残念でした。 掃除が行き届いていたのがせめてもの救いでした。 厳しいようでますが、伊豆は大好きなので次回は良い思い出を作りたいです。

    夕食、朝食バイキング、夜は飲み放題付きで10000円ちょいは安い。 露天風呂もあってよかったです。

    山側の部屋に宿泊しましたが天井、壁など気になる汚れ？等がありました。古い建物なので仕方ないかと思いますが、気になる方は気になるレベル。 夕食、朝食がバイキング形式でしたが美味しいという程ではありません。 食事をメインで行く方はガッカリするかもしれません。
