Japan|Age: 50s|Family with kid(s)4Posted: 5/27/2023食事ボリュームは満足していますが、海で食べるお刺身であって欲しかった。 何かスーパーでも買えるような普通のものだったような気がします。 季節や魚の種類で違いが出てくるとは思いますが、新鮮で弾力があって『やっぱり新鮮。海で食べる刺身は違うなぁ。』と思えなかったのが残念です。 部屋の広さは贅沢で全く利用しなかった部屋があります。 とても良かったです。 従業員の対応には大変満足しています。 先代の社長さんが『どうでしたでしょうか？』と気さくに声をかけて下さり、館内に手落ちがないかをチェックされていて宿泊客にも優しい。 そんな宿で良かったと思います。

正面大きな花でお客を迎えから始まり部屋も案内されてびっくり今までこんなに贅沢な気持ち担ったことはない、風呂、料理、サ－ビス、社員教育百五十年続けてこられた旅館です、尊敬にあたいします。

今回のプランは、満足度の高い宿泊でした。料理がとくに気に入りました。お風呂も良かった。 次回は、富士山が見える日に行きたいです。

想像以上でした。活アワビをはじめとした料理、朝食も。温泉、グレードアップしていただいた部屋も。 そして何より、すべての従業員さんの「お客さんを気持ちよく迎えよう」という気持ちが十分すぎるほど感じられました。

25年前から西伊豆の戸田や土肥の温泉は行く温泉街です。箱根や熱海と比べると料理が段違いに美味しいと思います。車でなければ行けないので交通の不便さはありますがそれ以上の感動は味わえると思います。この旅館は女将のセンスが素晴らしいと思います。
