    Isamikan's standard plan for local cuisine includes "Tochigi Wagyu", a brand that is recognized for its highest quality meat, "domestic boar meat", a game meat that is high quality, low fat, rich in vitamins, delicious and very healthy, and "local cuisine" that also includes local organic vegetable dishes. Please enjoy local cuisine that is focused on taste and health, such as handmade dishes using seasonal wild plants and organic vegetables. ■Specialty ingredients■ Tochigi Wagyu: Japanese black beef that is soft and full of flavor and sweetness. Domestic boar meat: Low in fat and rich in protein. A high-quality ingredient with high nutritional value. Premium Yashiro trout: A brand of trout that is raised in the rich natural environment of Tochigi and is full of high-quality fat. Japanese catfish: A high-quality ingredient with a mild and firm texture that is addictive. ■Meals■ Dinner: A delicious and healthy local dish using seasonal local ingredients, with a main course of Tochigi Wagyu beef (approx. 50g) and domestic boar meat (approx. 40g) Breakfast: A Japanese breakfast with a choice of rice made with locally grown Koshihikari rice and side dishes made with locally grown ingredients that go well with the rice *The ingredients provided may vary depending on the season. *Please note that the domestic boar meat may be changed to brand pork from Tochigi Prefecture depending on the availability of ingredients. 〇Dinner starts between 18:00 and 18:30, so please arrive by 17:00. ○Both dinner and breakfast are prepared at the dining venue. ○The menu may change without notice due to availability. ○If you have any allergies, please write them in the comments section.
