Japan|Age: 60s|Solo4Posted: 5/20/2023２回目の宿泊で、総合的に良かったですが、記念日宿泊でお箸とかの旅館から記念品がもらえるのですかー？記念日を伝えても もらえた客と、もらえなかった客がいるようなー？せっかく、覚楽旅館は接客が良いと評価されているのですから、従業員の方々の接客行動が統一されてないのは良くないような気がしますがー？？もらえなかったのは気持良くないですしね、ハハハー！

4ヶ月の子供の温泉旅行デビューにお邪魔しました。お部屋には赤ちゃん用のお布団やメリー、バンボが用意されており、お食事の個室にもバウンサーがあるなど、赤ちゃんが過ごしやすい環境でした！ 貸切風呂ではベビーバス、ベビーソープをお借りすることができて助かりました。赤ちゃんとは利用しませんでしたが、大浴場にもベビーベッド、バスチェア、ベビーソープがありました。 清掃も行き届いていて快適なお風呂でした。 旅行デビューには最適なお宿だったと思います！また利用したいです。

7ヶ月の赤ちゃんと宿泊しました。 赤ちゃんと宿泊向けプランだったので快適に過ごせました。 大浴場にはベビー用バスチェア、ベビーベッドもあったので、一緒に温泉にも入ることができました。 お食事は完全個室だったので、赤ちゃんがくずっても周りを気にせず食事ができました。 スタッフ方は皆さん感じが良く好印象でした。

2023年4月9日に両親と私たち夫婦4人で宿泊しました。 父の肺がんが再発して痛みがひどく、温泉に浸かると痛みが少し和らぐということで今回は初めてこちらに泊まらせて頂きました。 早めに到着したにも関わらず笑顔で出迎えてくださって、ロビーでお抹茶とお饅頭を頂きました。 部屋に案内されてすぐ父と主人は温泉へ。 広々と清潔感のあるお風呂で、シャンプーなども色々置いてありました。 とちおとめのボディーシャンプーはすごくいい匂いでした！ 夕食もすごい量で、全員お腹がはち切れそうなくらいでした笑 食の細くなっている父も少しのお酒と共に楽しんでいました。 全員川魚は苦手でしたが、出された山女魚はふっくらしていてとてもいい塩加減で本当に美味しかった！あの山女魚なら毎日でも食べられそうなくらい！ 宿の周りの環境も静かで、夜はゆっくり休めました。 スタッフの方々もとても気さくでアットホームな雰囲気で堅苦しくなく、ぜひまた伺いたいと思う宿でした。 素敵な癒しを頂いてありがとうございました。
