Japan|Age: 50s|Family with kid(s)3Posted: 5/2/2023４月２９日に宿泊。事前に「問合わせとお願い」をメールし、丁寧な対応頂き、料理も地物（岩魚の塩焼き、湯葉）オープンキッチンにして天麩羅調理とか大満足。スタッフさん、声かけ徹底されてて、出勤時にも挨拶下さり、あ、従業員さんなのかと驚きました。なのに、チェックインの際に、ラウンジですので、ご利用くださいと案内された場所で、17時半、スーツ姿の人が「もう一度精査して、こんなんじゃダメでしょう。夫婦で切り盛りしてるんだから、奥さんもちゃんとしないと。払うもんは払うんだから」とおよそ場違いな会話。早朝ロビーの奥でも、和服の方がお説教してました。げんなりしたので、サービスは１。 洗面所にタオルと石鹸がない宿泊施設は初めて。トイレの中にペーパータオルとハンドソープがあり、タオルは追加料金のため、自前のハンカチやいちいちトイレへ取りに入らないといけないので、設備アメニティ１ とても残念。

4月17日〜18日の1泊で利用しました。 まず立地について、駅からも近く駐車場も近いので迷う事はありません。 外で案内していた方も愛想が良くてとても好印象でした。 チェックイン時も少し早めに到着した所、少しお待ちくださいと席に居ましたが早めの手配をしてくださり早くにお部屋に入ることができました。(5分前) 迅速な対応に感謝です。 チェックインの案内も丁寧に教えて頂けて、色んな高級といわれるホテルや旅館に宿泊してきましたがそれに遅れを取らない接客対応でした。 (客だからといって愛想悪くはしないでください。店員の方々も人間です) お部屋も想像以上に広く、少し時代を感じましたが奥ゆかしさを感じ満喫できました。 ただ1点、角部屋にして頂けたのですが上の階と隣の宿泊客のモラルの低さによる足音と物音でろくに眠れませんでした。鬼怒川パークホテルズさんは良い所なのに非常に残念な客に挟まれそこだけ嫌な思いをしました。 (大きな音についてはTwitterに載せてます) 食事について、夕食朝食共に料亭で最初は少ないかな？！と思ったもののどれも凝ったお料理と量で大満足しました。 外観やお部屋の鍵は古さを感じますが、そこがとても良く感じます。 お隣の方の鍵勝手にしまらないだ？発言には感度の低さを覚えざるを得ないですけど。 お風呂に関しても、ゆったりと過ごせてとても癒されました。 最後にお部屋に感謝のお手紙を添えさせて頂きました。 また家族旅行や、自身が経営している株式会社の慰安旅行でも利用できたらと思いますのでまた機会がありましたら訪問させて頂きたく存じます。
