まず従業員（日本人）の接客態度に問題あり。 他に外国人スタッフが数名いたがマスク越しで拙い日本語で聞き取り難かったです。 部屋は思い切って露天風呂付特別室を選んだのですが、広いだけで段差はあるし機能しない家具が多く洗面所の蛇口（パイプ）がしっかり固定されておらずがたがたしていたりと、こんなものなら普通部屋で良かったと思います。

露天風呂付特別室:至福の間を利用させて頂きました。部屋は綺麗でとても広く、お風呂は露天風呂の形式になっていますが、天井、壁、窓で仕切られているため、外気や虫が入って来ないように出来るため、夏でも冬でも入りやすいようになっています。食事も普通に美味しかったです。また利用したいと思います。

日光東照宮周辺観光のため利用しました。 チェックアウト後も観光のために駐車場を利用させていただき、心遣いが大変ありがたかったです。 夕食は周辺の名物を食べようと考えていたので夕食無しプランにしましたが、周辺の飲食店の閉店時間が早く難民になりそうでした。車で移動すれば美味しい飲食店もチラホラやってます。 朝食は焼き立ての魚をいただきとても美味しかったです。夕食付きでもよかったと思いました。 部屋の雰囲気、大浴場もきれいで落ち着けました。 また機会があれば利用させていただきたいです。
