部屋が思っていたより狭かったかな、駅にも飲食店にも近く立地条件は満足しています。

駅が近くて立地は良いです。ただ部屋の豆電球がひとつ切れており、すごく暗く感じました。部屋は狭めでドライヤーの場所が分かりづらく困りました。朝食は和食か洋食か選べて、ボリュームがあり内容はいいと思いましたが、朝食会場から出る時にバックヤードで作業しているスタッフの近くで大きな声でごちそうさまでした、と言ったけど何の反応もありませんでした(聞こえない距離ではなかったと思う) これには少しがっかりしました。フロントの方もいまいち覇気がなく、ホスピタリティーが今一つと感じました。

フロントの方の対応はとても良かったです。残念な点としては、玄関先のある喫煙所の煙と臭いがホテルに入るのをためらう程でした。非喫煙者にとっては苦行となります。隣の部屋の物音がとてもよく聞こえます。（壁が薄いのかな？）廊下を歩く人の話し声も響きました。(お客様の声が大きかっただけかもしれませんが）
