Reply from the propertyこの度は当館にお越し頂きましてありがとうございます。 スタッフのおもてなしを含めご滞在中はお寛ぎ頂けたようで良かったです。 ただお料理がお客様のお口に合わなかったようで本当に残念でございます。ご予約頂きましたスタンダードプランは郷土料理会席がずらりと並ぶ自慢の一品ばかりです。ひとつひとつの味付けはもちろんのこと、細かい飾り切りなど料理長をはじめ厨房スタッフが精一杯お作りして毎日お客様にご提供しております。豪華な食材を使用した料理ではありませんが、囲炉裏とともに非日常を感じて召し上がって頂く贅沢を感じて頂きたいと思っております。 このプラン以外にも連泊のお客様にお出ししているコースなどもごさいますが、リピーターのお客様にはやはり「スタンダードプラン」のお料理がよろしいようで、「この料理を楽しみに食べに来てるんだから内容変えないで」とおっしゃられます。そして毎回美味しかったとお帰りになられていることもあり、今回のように満足頂けなかったことが本当に残念です。ただお客様によって味の好みが違うのは当然のことでございます。今回お料理以外は満足して頂けたと思っておりますので、次回は違うお料理で喜んで頂けることを願っております。 この度は本当にありがとうございました。またのご来館を心よりお待ち申し上げます。 若女将

囲炉裏のある個室でのお食事が最高でした☆ 1歳の子ども用におもちゃも用意してくれていて心遣いに感動です お食事も美味しかったです お部屋もきれいだし、お部屋からの景色最高でした あの景色を見ながらの朝風呂は格別でした また利用したいです

我が家にとっては贅沢な宿で、何年も憧れての宿泊です。渓谷の絶景と陶器の露天風呂には心癒されましたが、口コミにあるようなおもてなしは余り感じられませんでした。チェックアウト後のコーヒーを朝食後に変更をお願いしましたが、断られ，部屋で手持ちのコーヒーを飲んだが、マグカップは無く湯呑で気分は駄々下がり。チェックアウト後にコーヒーをと言われたが、断り出発した。憧れが強かっただけに残念です。
Reply from the property先日は当館にお越し頂きましてありがとうございます。 また何年もかけてやっとお泊まり頂きましたのに、期待に添えるこどが出来ず大変申し訳ございません。 当館はオープン当時より、チェックアウト後のコーヒーサービスを行っております。併設のそば処には渓谷展望テラスがあり、お天気の日などは美味しい空気を吸いながらゆっくりコーヒーを召し上がって頂けるのでお客様にとても喜んで頂いております。ただ、ご出発が早いお客様や、朝食後にご希望がある場合にはもちろんご用意させて頂いております。当日担当のスタッフも、ぜひテラスでとの思いでお伝えしたようですがその真意が伝わっておらず、お客様には不快な思いをさせてしまい本当に申し訳ございません。 そうしたスタッフの一言でその旅の良し悪しが決まってしまうということを改めて勉強させて頂きました。スタッフ一同初心に戻り おもてなしとは何かということを考え直すきっかけとなりました。 この度はご迷惑をおかけして本当に申し訳ございません。 そしてありがとうございました。 若女将

トイレの流れが流れない。それ以外は満足しました。 細かなお心遣いに感謝しています。ありがとうございました。檜露天風呂がとても気持ちが良かったです。何度も宿泊したいと思いました。お奨めできます。

景色は良く、食事も良かったです。囲炉裏で焼く郷土料理のでこまわしは本当に美味しかった。アメニティが揃っていればもっと良かったです。
