プレミアムツインに一泊しました。広さもミニバーも満足ですが、床に大きな埃が落ちていたのが気になりました。

WBCで泊まりました。 プレミアムフロア最高です。 チェックインも楽だし、是非また泊まりたいです。 毎回泊まる度に思いますが、東京ドームのスタッフさんの対応が全員素晴らしいです。

荷物が多くて移動に苦戦していましたが、チェックイン後に部屋まで荷物を運んでいただき、チェックアウト時にも運ぶのも手伝っていただきました。東京ドームホテルのすごいところは、こうしたことを自然な笑顔でやってくれること、また「お帰りの際も、よろしければお声かけください」という自然な声かけがある点です。部屋のアップグレードをしてもらったり、本当に心やすらぐ宿泊でした。また泊まりたいと思います。
