With timeless and functional modern and calm rooms, a fitness gym with state-of-the-art equipment, a spa with radium artificial hot springs and a sauna, two new restaurants will be opened in June 2021. You can enjoy a high-quality time with the detailed service unique to a small hotel. For families, we recommend the guest rooms on the Tokyo Station side, where you can enjoy a spectacular train view, where the Shinkansen and conventional lines constantly come and go in front of you. We also offer rental of kids' amenities, baby products, games, toys, etc. according to the child's age. Special arrangements such as birthdays and proposals can be arranged according to the customer's request. If you are using the Shinkansen or Narita Express, please use the free greeting service where the hotel staff will meet you at the arrival platform and guide you to the hotel.

Japan|Age: 30s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 1/1/2023結婚記念日に宿泊しました。ホスピタリティが素晴らしく、最初から最後まで、とても楽しい時間を過ごす事ができました。子どもも、塗り絵セットや名前入りのお菓子、電車を見ながらの朝食など嬉しかったようで思い出しては宿泊時の話をしています。久しぶりの贅沢な時間でした。ぜひ、また利用したいと思うホテルです。

子どもがプラレールが大好きなのと誕生日迎えたばかりということもあり予約をさせて頂きました。 当日は親である私達も至れり尽くせりで普段あまり感想を言わない息子が『すごく楽しいね！』って言うほどホテルのスタッフ皆様が息子に和気藹々と接してくれて正直敷居の高そうなホテルで場違いだったんじゃないかな？と不安視していましたが家族でいい思い出ができました。 素敵なキャストが揃った一流のホテルだと思います。 ありがとうございました。

とにかく、お部屋が広くて、豪華で素敵でした。 また、スタッフ（フロント、コンセルジュ、レストランのスタッフなど）の対応もプロでとても気持ちが良かったです。 一緒に行った連れも、また来年も、このホテルに泊まって東京観光したいと言っていました。 ありがとうございます。

高齢の母を連れての一泊でした。母は歌舞伎を私はホテルを楽しみにしていたのですが不具合があったとかで予約した部屋が使えませんでした。その事前の連絡もなくチェックイン時に伝えられてしかもいくら2部屋をつなげたからと言われてもやはりがっかりでした。ランクを下げられた感は否めませんでした。素人ですがそういう事例であればランクを上げていただけるのでは? レストランの予約等相談にのっていただけてありがたかったです。コース料理もとても美味しくいただけました。ただオーダー時、私がミルフィーユをオーダーした時はハイと返事されたのにその後、義姉が同じものをオーダーしたら品切れと言われ私で最後だったのかと思い確認したら私の分も品切れですと。なんではじめに言わないのよ、って思いました。 その後対応してくれた女性の方はとてもフレンドリーで感じが良かったですが初めの男性の方は残念です。 総合的には快適な空間を満喫できたと思います。それだけにほんとに本当に部屋のことが残念でした、 最後にオーダーした焼き立てのマドレーヌはとても美味しかったです。

■If you make a reservation with a meal plan for 3 people, the dinner and breakfast included in the plan will be for 2 people. Please note that an additional charge for the third person will be charged separately.
■[Regarding the use of the hot spa facilities] To avoid congestion, we are currently requiring reservations to use the baths and gym. (Reservations will be accepted after check-in.)
■Children can sleep together for free (up to 1 child per bed. Maximum 1 adult or child can use an extra bed.)
