男性スタッフにWi-Fiの利用の仕方を質問したところ、ものすごく不機嫌に面倒くさそうに対応されました。 「わからない」「知らない」と言われたあげく、「わからないもの、仕方ないじゃないですかあ！」と逆切れされ、大声で恫喝されました。 部屋の中で二人きりだったこともあり、身の危険すら感じました。 以前Wi-Fiの利用の仕方を別の男性スタッフに質問した時は、すみやかに対応され、丁寧に説明して下さいましたが、何故今回はこんな不快な対応をされたのか、理解に苦しみます。 ちなみに、その男性スタッフはフロントでチェックインの手続きをしたときから不貞腐れた態度でした 長年、利用してきたホテルだけに、残念でなりません。 Wi-Fiの説明ができないのなら「Wi-Fi 各フロアお部屋にて無料でご利用いただけます」なんてカードを置かないでください。 客を恫喝しないでください。 不愉快です。
