    東京日本橋三越前で予約しましたが、新型コロナの関係で一棟貸するという事で、急遽、近隣の東京茅場町に変更しましたので、評価については三越前ではなく茅場町となります。 チェックイン時に、上記の変更についての謝罪があり非常に好感が持てました。 当ホテルは朝食付きであり、お茶漬けのみですが私には軽めで十分でした。 また、朝食後に部屋へ戻る途中にロビーでコーヒーをこぼしてしまいましたが、速足ですぐに対応に来て頂き、まず私の体にかかったことに対して大丈夫ですかと気を使って頂いたことに驚きました。 東京駅からも徒歩圏内であり、茅場町駅はまではすぐですし、コンビニもすぐ近くにあるため、立地的にも非常に良いですし、サービスが非常によく、また東京出張時には利用したいと思えるホテルです。

    身内の不幸で当日宿泊出来ずキャンセルしたが、フロントスタッフの方がご事情がご事情なのでキャンセル代不要とのことであったが、結局返金されなかった。いい加減極まりない杜撰な対応のためこの評価です。

    連泊でタオル等のみ追加でドアノブに用意して頂きました。清掃不要にすれば荷物を広げたまま外出出来たので助かりました。

    エレベーターに近い部屋でしたが、水回りの奥にベッドがあったので静かに過ごすことができました。
