Japan|Age: 40s|Family with kid(s)4Posted: 3/29/2023宿泊費がとても安い。 朝食のパンがとても美味しかったです。 駅近なのとコンビニが近くにあったのも良かったです。 部屋に洗濯機があったのも助かりました。 宿泊費が安いので仕方がないとは思いますが、深夜の騒音が気になったのと空気清浄機が清潔ではなかったので使用出来なかったのは残念でした。 しかし、スタッフの方々の対応が良かったので旅行の際にはまた利用しても良いと思えるホテルでした。

駐車場の案内とか、聞いでも自分でホテルの近くの駐車場をどうぞ的な感じが残念。 チェックインしたいのに、気づかず待たされたり、対応に残念だったが、部屋に洗濯乾燥機があり大変ありがたいサービスだった！レンジも活躍した！

目の前にコンビニがあり買い物後、部屋でレンジができ、とても良かった！ 無料の朝ごはんも良かった

家族で一泊しました。 フロントの方も感じが良く、お部屋も広くて良かったです。 喫煙の部屋でしたので、やはりタバコの臭いがキツかったです。 近くにはコンビニやスーパーもありましたので、不便ではなかったです。 また泊まりたいと思います。

初めて利用させていただき、4泊させていただきました。 西葛西駅からも近く、コンビニも目の前にファミマがあります。 ホテルへの帰り道に飲みに行くこともできます。 ホテル内は清潔感に溢れていて、接客も素晴らしいです。 チェックアウトの延長など急な対応もありがとうございました。 次回また都内に来る用事がある時はまた利用したいと思います。
