In beautiful, nature-surrounded Ogasawara, you can enjoy abundant seafood and farm produce depending on the season.At Fudo no Ie TETSUYA, we offer homemade dishes by the owner, using as much local ingredients as possible. Relax and savor the island flavors in a bright dining room surrounded by large windows. [Dinner] Enjoy a homemade dinner by the owner, featuring seasonal vegetables nurtured under tropical sunlight and fresh fish caught in the crystal-clear sea, akin to island banquet cuisine. 【Breakfast】 Start your day with a delicious breakfast to energize yourself.We prepare a homemade breakfast by the owner.Breakfast alternates daily between Japanese and Western styles. Breakfast is served daily in rotation: Japanese, Western, and Japanese styles.(We regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate specific daily menu requests.） <Breakfast> Example Japanese Menu ・Grilled island fish ・Fluffy rolled omelet ・Seasonal simmered vegetables ・Island fish simmered in soy sauce, pickles ・Grated yam (or natto) ・Miso soup, etc. <Breakfast> Example Western Menu ・Handmade island salt sausages ・Salad ・Seasonal fruits ・Cheese ・Scrambled eggs ・Yogurt ・Two types of handmade island bread, etc. ■All rooms are non-smoking ■Free Wi-Fi available ■ Fully equipped kitchen and washer-dryer (*Please note that the single room 'Hatou' does not have a kitchen, but a microwave and kettle are provided.Additionally, the washing machine and dryer are located outside the room.） ■ Amenities provided are environmentally friendly.We use products from 'Matsuyama Yushi,' which continues to focus on safety and environmental efforts, for shampoo, body soap, and conditioner. ■ We have eliminated bottled beverages from the in-room refrigerator and offer the use of a water server in the dining area with a take-home clear bottle. 【Access & Surrounding Information】 ● To Chichijima, the regular ship 'Ogasawara Maru' departs once a week from Tokyo Takeshiba Pier. ● Located about a 10-minute drive from the center of Chichijima at the southern tip of the island. ● Upon arrival at Chichijima, we will pick you up with the inn's car. ● Kominato Beach: A white sandy beach, one of the best on Chichijima, about a 7-to-8-minute walk from the inn. ● Kominato Park: The park is right in front of us!Recommended for a stroll! ● USK COFFEE: 100% Ogasawara coffee.
