    宿泊税の領収書が欲しかった。ホテル側から先に一言聞いてくれるかなと思っていましたが。こちらから言わないといけなかったと痛感しております。チェックアウト時に依頼しようかと思いましたが、フロントの方の『ありがとうございました』で、煩わせたくないなと思い諦めました。前泊のホテルでは、声がけあったのですが、勇気が必要ですね。次からはこちらから声がけをするようにします。

    初めて宿泊しました。思っていた以上に部屋が狭く、2名だと狭苦しく感じました。椅子も一脚しか無く、一人はベッドに座るようでした。お風呂とトイレも一緒になっていて、2名での宿泊は厳しい設備だと感じました。立地は良いと思いますので、シングル利用であれば良いと思います。

    スタンダードダブルの割に、ベッドは狭かった。お風呂は大浴場は良かったがロッカーは数が限られているので混雑時は使用出来ない。二子玉にホテルがないのは仕方ないが、、

    立地は完璧、駐車場も地下で広くて綺麗でGoodでした。宿泊エリア(28-29F)へのアクセスは必ず30Fのフロント階を経由しなければならず、P及び30FへのEVと宿泊エリアへのEVが別なのは若干不便ですが立地の割に安く清潔で素晴らしかったです。ルームクリーニングのクオリティはかなり高いです。

    最上階がロビーという事もあり客室から1Fに降りる際や、1Fから客室に行く時も全てロビーがHUBとなるため初めての経験でした。 但しチェクインの際にはエレベーターのカードキー操作の説明のみで した。もう少し丁寧な説明が欲しかったです。 立地と大浴場は良かったです。

    子供の受験のため、宿泊致しました。 羽田空港からリムジンバスが出てることが選んだ決め手ですが、ホテル自体は駅からも近く、駅周辺は栄えていて、食事やお買い物の心配もなく、快適でした。 ホテルでは朝食をいただきましたが、和食も卵料理が付いていれば尚よいと思いました。

    1/3に宿泊しました。時間遅れてのチェックインでしたが、親切な対応ありがとうございました。 大浴場で小さなお子様がだいぶ泣かれていて、少しざんねんでした。
