Japan|Age: 40s|Solo1Posted: 9/24/2023今まで何度かこのホテルを使用して不満等はなかったですが、今回とにかく掃除が悪いです。 チェックインして掃除に食べ物が落ちていたのでフロントに報告して部屋を変更になりましたが、 移動した部屋のシャワールームにかけられたバスマットに髪の毛がついてありました。 フロントに連絡してまた再度部屋変更させられるのも疲れていたので報告せず我慢しました。 立地が良かったので使用していたホテルでしたが、気持ち的に今後宿泊しないと思います。

何もかもシステム化、簡素化されてきている。価格が抑えられているからなのか物足りなさを感じます。朝食についてもカフェ、食事処共に満足出来ず。とくに食事処については衛生、清掃面は酷すぎるので改善していただきたい。

フロント改装中ということで外国の多数のお客様とビジネスのお客様とごちゃごちゃで混雑してチェックインに時間かかってました。エリアなり機械なりもっと整理してたらいいのに。入口の通路わけのポールとか意味なく外人さんなんかわ適当に並んでたよ。まず初めの人の整理ができておらずわやくちゃになるんですね。専任で一人立たせてもいいくらいと思いました。

大井町駅そばで、ホテル前から羽田空港行きのリムジンバスが出ており、移動がとても便利でした！ 部屋もキレイで朝食も近くで済ませられました。 ぜひまた利用したいです。

■For check-in procedures, please come to the front desk on the 3rd floor of the S building. Automatic check-in is available with the QR code issued at the time of booking.
■Check-out is at 10:00 am. If you would like to extend your stay, please contact the front desk. [S building] 11:00: 1,000 yen, 12:00: 2,000 yen [T building] 11:00: 2,000 yen, 12:00: 3,000 yen
■From June 15, 2023 (Thursday) to the end of March 2024 (planned), exterior wall repair work will be carried out at S Building. Please check the official website for details.
Co-sleeping is limited to children under elementary school age [Maximum number of guest rooms (single: 2 people) (twin: 4 people) *including co-sleeping]
■We have a separate cancellation policy for groups (15 people or more). Group reservations can be made by phone (03-3775-6121) or through the dedicated form on the official website.
■Unless the plan includes a hot bath ticket, there is a charge for the hot bath facility. Guests staying at the hotel can purchase a ticket at the S building front desk for 500 yen per use. Valid from check-in to check-out.
