    新宿駅から近く都庁が見える眺望で良かったです。コンビニに近くにあり、夜にスマフォの充電器を買いに行きました。部屋の広さ、アメニティも揃っていました。ただ、喫煙ルームを選んだのに灰皿がなく、掃除の時に認識されていなかったと思います。また、レストランは外国の方が多く、席が空いていないことが多かったです。結局、京王デパートのレストランまで食べに行きました。

    3月14日に宿泊しました。チェックインカウンターはかなり混雑していましたが、対応の方はとても感じがよく、好感がもてました。高齢の親のため、事前にエレベーターホール側の部屋のリクエストもきちんと対応いただき、ありがたかったです。朝食は定食を頼みましが、豪華な食事でした。以前からレストランをよく利用していましたが、はじめての宿泊で親も満足してくれて楽しく帰路につけました。 部屋は写真で感じたより広く、とてもきれいです。インバンドの宿泊がもどってきたのを実感しました。賑わっていたのがうれしかったです。

    フロントのチェックインに非常に時間がかかっている。フロントスタッフの手際が極めて悪い。遅すぎる。また、楽天カード決済が出来なかった。決済端末がカードの読み込みエラーになる。

    2月末の平日に一泊しました。お部屋と設備は清潔感もあり良かったですが、お部屋からの眺望は少し残念でした。クラブラウンジのスタッフの方々の対応はとても良かったです。

    24時間ステイだったので、ラウンジを満喫できた。仕事終わりでもゆっくり過ごせた。 ラウンジでのスイーツや軽食が予想よりもはるかに豊富で、上等で大満足だった。あの豪華さで、あのお値段は安い。雰囲気もよく、また、泊まる。 館内利用券も魅力的だった。
