Japan|Age: 50s|Friends5Posted: 5/16/20235月13日に宿泊しました。綺麗なホテルでした。洗面と浴槽が分かれており、ゆっくりと湯舟につかることが出来ました。 方向音痴の二人組の旅だったのでスマホたよりでしたが、フロントでも色々聞き丁寧に対応と地図まで印刷していただき感謝感謝でした。

みなさんはコメントの平均点に騙されないでください！東京都心部にあるホテルのわりに、部屋の内装もシャワー設備も古臭い！！それ以上にサービスになっていない！フロントの対応は1人に付き5-7分かかるため、日曜日の午後のチェックインに30分以上並ばされました。お客様に待たせないための工夫は何一つみられない。雨の中やっとの思いで到着した上、30分以上立ったまま待たされると、それだけでクタクタです。二度もこんなサービスの悪いホテルに泊まりなくありません！！！

神田と新宿に行く用事があって、急遽、宿泊しました。 ちょうど、中間なので、レンタルサイクルで移動ができてよかったです。 また、地下駐車場もわかりやすく、車で行くにはいい立地だと思ました。 付近に食べ物屋さんも多く、自然環境もよかったです。

西館だったせいか、部屋の番号が分かりづらく迷ってしまいました。また、全体的に照明が暗く感じました。
