    とにかく、食事がすごく、美味しかったです。子供達に関しては、量が多すぎて、残してしまい、申し訳なかったです。大人は、良かったです。子供は、3品くらい少なくして、もう少し価格がお安いと嬉しいです。朝のバイキング！種類も多くとても、美味しかったです！朝ラーメン！良かったです。揚げたての鳥天も美味しかったです。 温泉も、茶色いお湯は初めてでしたが、とても気持ち良かったです。 サービスに関しては、どのように利用すれば良いか、分かりにくい部分がありました。 部屋にお風呂がついているお部屋でしたが、朝、お湯が空っぽになっていて、入れませんでした。 何より、従業員さんの接客、対応が、抜群に良かったです。子供達の話しにも、優しく会話わ返して下さり、嬉しかったです。物腰柔らかく、本当に、皆さん優しくて素敵な方々ばかりでした！ 久しぶりの旅行、ゆっくりさせていただきました！本当にありがとうございました！

    3月16日に車椅子利用者と共に和洋室に宿泊しました。 有料ですが貸切風呂があり、車椅子利用者も温泉を堪能することが出来ました。貸切風呂は6人程が使える広さで、介助するのに充分な広さがありました。 ホテル内は（朝食や夕食の会場も）車椅子で移動出来ました。部屋も洗面台等が車椅子利用者向けになっていて、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 温泉も食事も申し分なく、清掃もサービスも行き届いていて、設備の若干の古さを十分にカバー出来ていると感じました。 また利用したいです。

    部屋からの景色がとても素晴らしく、よかったです。　朝食も一つ一つ丁寧に作られており満足しました。ホテル内の清掃も行き届いており、気持ちよく過ごせました。
