Dinner - Standard - Tendoso Kaiseki The most "standard" plan with 2 meals per night Tendoso's kaiseki cuisine is a monthly menu Based on the concept of <24 solar terms> a production that feels the sense of the season everywhere I try to do it. The detailed change of the four seasons is presented in each dish, not to mention the food The vessels also change monthly to express the seasons. With monthly menus and directing created by the head chef of the skill meister Please enjoy the kaiseki cuisine that is unique to Yamagata. Additionally, our establishment was founded in the early Meiji period as "Unagiya." It has been operating as a culinary inn to this day. The traditional flavor of "grilled eel (kabayaki)" has been carefully preserved and passed down through generations. It has been preserved under the principle of direct succession. Starting with this "grilled eel (kabayaki)," we utilize ingredients unique to Yamagata, and provide dishes that reflect the seasonal essence. Specialty: "Grilled Eel (Kabayaki)" Tendoso originated in the early Meiji period as "Unagiya." Since then, the sauce passed down through direct succession has been cherished as "traditional flavor." It has been preserved for six generations. For dinner, we offer grilled eel as a specialty gem. A trinity of carefully selected domestic eel, delicious rice from Yamagata, and a secret sauce, A plate with a traditional taste Please enjoy it with a special thought. Breakfast Rice is unique to Yamagata A Japan breakfast with fragrant freshly cooked white rice as the main character. Each grain is plump and sweet rice from Yamagata Prefecture It has a special taste that makes you feel that "white rice alone is a feast" The rice is further enhanced by the "fragrant grilled fish" 'Fluffy and gentle dashi-maki tamago (rolled omelet)' Yamagata's pride, a secret delicacy for rice, 'Akegarashi,' and more... And miso soup made with additive-free, local countryside miso is exceptional. 'The deliciousness of the ingredients themselves' brightens up the breakfast table Allowing you to fully savor the blessings of Yamagata's nature. Dining location (Dinner & Breakfast) [In your room or in a private dining area] *For groups of 4 or more, a private dining area may be arranged Guests staying in the following rooms will have their meals in the [private dining area] Villa 'Rijinkyo' - Main room + Adjacent room + Veranda + Onsen open-air bath Villa 'Rijinkyo' - Main room (11.5 tatami) + Daybed + Semi-open-air onsen bath Detached lodging 'Rijin-kyo': Main room (9.5 tatami) + spacious veranda (chair + ottoman) + semi-open-air hot spring bath
