小さい孫2人を連れての宿泊でしたので、食事の時間がとても不安でしたが、スタッフの皆様がとても優しく接してくださり、ありがたかったです。 お部屋も温泉も綺麗でしたし、何もマイナス点はないのですが、アメニティはお風呂の脱衣所に十分な数を置いていただければ助かります。

温泉卵作りのサービスが気に入りました。 朝食バイキングでは旬の食材・地場の料理を堪能しました。 露店風呂がもう少し広ければ最高だと思いました。

5/19から2泊利用させていただきました。 お部屋は角部屋でとても広く、ゆっくり過ごすことが出来ました。 スマホを充電しながら布団でごろごろするにはコンセント位置が遠く出来なかったので、デジタルデトックスと思うようにしました。 脱衣所や内風呂はとても広かったですが、露天風呂が思ったよりコンパクトでした。 誰もおらず貸切だったのでゆっくり浸かれました。 残念だったのはドライヤーがパワーがなく、髪を乾かすのに時間かかって大変。 もう少しパワーのあるドライヤーだと嬉しいです。 朝食は種類が多くとても美味しかったです。 夕飯は予約しておらず利用出来なかったのが残念。 また山形へ行くときに利用したいと思います。 ありがとうございました。
Reply from the propertyこの度はほほえみの宿滝の湯をご利用頂きまして誠にありがとうございます。 またご丁寧にご感想をお寄せ頂き重ねて御礼申し上げます。 ご指摘の通り四季亭和室は純和風の造りになっており充電などの設備に不足している点がございます。しかし改装されたばかりの和モダンルームは現代の快適性も備えております。女性大浴場の脱衣場はドレッサーが充実しておりお褒めのお言葉を頂戴することが多いことから、ドライヤーについても点検して湯上りを快適にお過ごしいただけるよう改善して参りたいと思います。 この度はご宿泊いただきまして誠に有難うございました。 またのお越しをお待ち申し上げます。
