Japan|Age: 40s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 5/24/2023遠方に住む両親のリクエストで利用しました。 高齢夫婦ふたりでの宿泊なので少し心配でしたが 宿泊前からメールで対応していただいたので安心して向かわせることができました。 両親も、素敵なお宿で従業員の皆さんに丁寧に対応していただいたと、大変よろこんでいました。 また、翌日にはチェックアウトし出発したとホテルから連絡があったのですが その電話もまた丁寧で全てが素晴らしい対応でした。 ありがとうございました。

部屋からの眺めが良く、日本海に沈む夕陽が美しく見えます。 食事も美味しく、接客態度も良好でした。 館内も清潔でリラックス出来ました。 立地の問題から、数カ所に別れて駐車場が確保されており、近くが空いていなかったので探す必要がありました。エントラス付近にスペースが少ないので事前に確認しておくべきでした。

親子三世代での旅行で泊まらせて頂きました。忙しい時期にも関わらず、乳児連れ、食事でアレルギーの対応など親切に承って下さり嬉しかったです。オムツが外れていない子供も温泉に入れるのが嬉しかったです。特に食事がどれも美味しく、大きな窓から夕日が沈むのを見ながら食事が出来たり、とても良い旅行になりました、ありがとうございました！
