Japan|Age: 40s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 5/24/20235月21日に宿泊しました。お風呂や食事もとても素晴らしく、何より、スタッフの方の接客がすばらしかったです。 夕食は時間予約制で、会場にエレベーターで降りて、〇〇号室ですと伝えたら、男性のスタッフの方がリストも何もみず、〇〇号室、△△さまですねとすぐにご案内いただきました。1泊しかしてないのに号室と名前を覚えておられるのが、本当にびっくりしました。また、部屋に携帯を忘れてチェックアウトしてしまい、取りに戻る時間がなかったので、着払いでいいので送ってほしいとお電話したら、すぐに送ってくださり、翌日に到着しました。お世話になりありがとうございました。また、今度は連泊でうかがいたいです。

急遽蔵王温泉に泊まりましたが四季のホテルに宿泊出来て良かったです。温泉に山形牛と大満足です。 ホテル、スタッフがスマートで また、是非泊まりたいと思いました。

GWに、宿泊しました。 食事、部屋、離れの湯は満足です。 内湯も、広くて良かった。

部屋おまかせプランでどんな部屋か心配でしたが落ち着いた洋室で清潔感もありくつろげました。 食事も美味しくいただきました。 温泉もとても良かったです。 静かなホテルでゆったり出来ました。

タイプおまかせの部屋でしたが、すごく綺麗な部屋でした！お風呂はどちらも気持ちよかったです。そしてサウナがあって最高！そしてなにより、食事が美味しすぎました！山形牛を食べることができて良かったです。スタッフの方も気が利いて、おもてなし、最高でした！リピート確定です。また行きたいと思います！
