[Main Features of the Hotel] 1. A newly built 1LDK, 50㎡ facility with a terrace for exclusive rental as of July 2024. 2. The bedroom is equipped with two single wide beds from France Bed. 3. Both the living room and bedroom are furnished with two 55-inch internet-connected TVs. (Watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, and WOWOW On Demand with your own ID, etc.) 4. A desk is provided for workation purposes. (Includes a lighting stand.) 5. Comes fully equipped with a refrigerator-freezer and microwave. (Comes with a freezer, so you can even store ice cream!) ） 6. Free-size pajamas are available. Amenities are also well-stocked. 7. The kitchen, toilet (with bidet), and bathroom are all separate. We cannot hold luggage before check-in or after check-out. This facility is an unmanned accommodation with no front desk.
