Japan|Age: 40s|Solo4Posted: 9/24/2023初めて泊まりました。 新山口駅は、新幹線側になります。 駅からは近いです。 途中、冷凍のお弁当屋さんがありました。 フロントは、着席して受付するタイプでした。ちょっと珍しく思いました。 フロントの対応は、まずまずといったところです。 大浴場、無料朝食はいずれも混雑が予想されたため、利用しておりません。 特に朝食会場の混雑は、どのホテルでもそうですが、ストレスにしかなりませんので。 早朝早々に出発した方が無難と思いました。 お膳形式なのであれば、希望者に弁当形式もご検討ください。 お世話になりました。

立地は良いのですがスタッフの対応にホスピタリティを感じられません。 朝食もこんなもんかなという感じですがお奨めできるレベルではありませんでした。 価格が安いので割り切って利用する宿だと思います。

朝食のルートを示すなり、最近ではないパターンですので表示が欲しいですね。 ご飯の量も聴いてくれるのは良いけど、そもそもお椀の大きさがわからないので応えにくい。 サウナと大浴場は利用してません。 というか利用したくて予約しましたが、利用が23：00まで。早朝利用もできません。 ご注意を
