    お部屋から富士山が目の前にみえます。フロントのかた親切です。富士急ハイランドからも車5分くらいと立地も便利です。ぜひまた旅　利用させていただきたいなあと思います。

    5階の禁煙の部屋でしたが、廊下はたばこ臭くて部屋が端だったのもあり、毎回通る度に臭くて不快でした。空いていたのか大きめの部屋にしてくださいましたが、布団カバーとカーテンはシミがありこれも不快でした…。露天風呂は普通ですが、フロントでタオルをもらえるので幾度新しいタオルなのは良かったです。ご飯はしゃぶしゃぶ食べ放題…普通でした。お肉切るだけなので楽そう…と…よくあるバイキングとかの方がいいです。もう行くことはないかと思いますが、廊下のたばこ臭やシミは…

    富士山に近いです。部屋はとても広く、9階の窓から富士山がよく見えます，美しい！レストランは2階にあり、朝食が充実していて、スタッフがいいです。無料の駐車場があります。 ホテルには外国人観光客がたくさんいて、値段は少し高いですが、楽しいです。

    子供の誕生日旅行で富士急ハイランドに行くため前日に宿泊しました。部屋はとても広く清潔で快適に過ごせました。温泉も確かに広くは無いですが混雑するであろう時間をずらして入ったのでほぼ貸切でとてもよかったです。朝食もほどよい量の種類で美味しくいただきました(あまり種類が多いと迷ってしまうので)。霧が濃く富士山が見られなかったのでまた天気のいい時に宿泊したいです！

    夫婦2人でお邪魔しました 急遽4人部屋になり とても広く快適に過ごさせて頂きました 窓からの富士山が絶景で写真を撮りまくりました 残念だったのは大浴場 狭すぎて5人ぐらいで湯船に浸かるのも気を使う程でした 主人は湯船が熱すぎてゆっくり疲れなかったそうです 接客は丁寧で荷物が多くてごたついていたらカートをすぐ様持ってきて頂き大変有り難かったです
