電車が運休となったため急遽宿泊を決めましたが、アメニティが揃っていて助かりました。 ただ不満としては満室だったせいか、大浴場が狭く混雑してて使いづらかったです。モニタの混雑状況も反映が遅く、状況確認してから大浴場に向かっても、混んでて帰るというのが2度ありました。 一番不満だったのが、結局大浴場は早朝に利用したのですが、先客が1名だけにも関わらず、大浴場のロッカーが半分以上使用中で、空いていても入口側とか一番上や下しか空いていなかった点です。 故障していて利用できないのか、夜に利用した人が荷物を入れっぱなしなのか…後者だとすると、個人の問題でホテルの落ち度はありませんが、声かけや張り紙などの対策をお願いしたく思います。
