Unzen Onsen Unzen Fukudaya

部屋についている露天風呂が、広くてきれいだったのでゆっくり何度も入れました。食事も従業員の方もとても親切で良かったです。部屋も広くて良かったのですが、ただ年を取ると座椅子に座るのがきつくなるので、ソファーか1個でもあると良かったなあと思いました、

I sent 2 luggage from the hotel to my next hotel. Upon arrival, I found that 1 of the pieces was not mine although the tag is correct. The delivery man, who by then realised something was not correct, sent my correct luggage to the hotel with a 3rd tag. I suspect the staff at Fukudaya mixed up the luggage and the accompanying tags. Please be careful to avoid unnecessary stress to the delivery man and the luggage’s owner
