[Enjoy the delicate flavor of Wakasa Fugu] Fuku, Kitaru Course <1 night, 2 meals> [Japanese breakfast] [Japanese dinner]

This is a full-course accommodation plan that allows you to fully enjoy the charms of Wakasa fugu, the pinnacle of the Wakasa brand. You can enjoy the light and delicate flavor of Wakasa fugu with each dish that respects the five methods, five tastes, and five senses that have been passed down in Japanese cuisine. In addition to your room, you can enjoy the free lounge, outdoor baths, and the sea that spreads out in front of the inn. ■Dinner Meals will be served in a dining room named after Kashiwadenomi, who once ruled the Wakasa region and was in charge of food for the imperial court. Wakasa is known to those in the know as one of Japan's leading producers of tiger fugu. The fish grow slowly in the low-temperature seawater that is fed by melting snow from the Hokuriku region, so the flavor is tightly concentrated in the firm meat. At Wakasa Kabi, we use Wakasa fugu that has been carefully raised by fishermen in the beautiful sea that spreads out in front of the inn. Enjoy the subtle and delicate flavor of Wakasa fugu in each dish, which respects the five methods, five tastes, and five senses that have been passed down in Japanese cuisine. Enjoy a special time while gazing at the magnificent view of Wakasa Bay that spreads out before your eyes in the dining room. *The photos of the dishes are examples. Please note that the dishes provided may differ from those shown. ■Breakfast■ We will provide you with a Japanese breakfast that uses plenty of Wakasa ingredients, such as Wakasa garei and heshiko. ■Free lounge for guests only, "Nagi" This is a free drink lounge that is only available to guests staying at the hotel. In addition to local beer and local sake, you can enjoy soft drinks, shochu, whiskey, and other drinks, as well as ice cream and snacks, free of charge. ■Small outdoor bath, "Yudokoro Uchitomi" This is a small outdoor bath where you can enjoy the "breathtaking view" of the sea and mountains of Wakasa Bay. You can enjoy two baths with different views: one that leads out to the sea, and one that cuts the sea and mountains horizontally (men and women alternate). *This is not a "hot spring". ■Pick-up and drop-off Pick-up and drop-off is available at Obama Station 14:30 departure → Wakasa Kajitsu, and at Wakasa Kajitsu 11:00 departure → Obama Station. Please let us know if you would like this service when making your reservation. ■Children's meals [Preschool and lower elementary school children] A children's plate will be provided. [Upper elementary school children] The same course as adults will be provided.
