We will serve 2–3 dishes from the 'Chef's Recommendation: Winter Kaiseki' and 'Chef's Recommendation: Spring Kaiseki' menus, upgraded to even better options. Each month, we use better ingredients for dishes such as Mukozuke or Tsuyojawan. The number of dishes will remain the same as in the 'Chef's Recommendation: Winter Kaiseki' and 'Chef's Recommendation: Spring Kaiseki' menus. To ensure customer satisfaction, the chef carefully selects seasonal ingredients and prepares each dish with creativity to provide a sense of the season.
