食事、天空ガ－デンスパはとても良かった。 おもてなしもも良く、大変満足でしたがひとつ残念な事が... 夜中に火災警報が発報し起こされました。 誤報とは思いつつ、部屋から出ると着替えして廊下に出てるご夫婦迄いました。 フロントに電話しても応答がなく、どうしようか迷ってる中に火災警報放送が止まりました。 その後、翌朝もホテルから説明もないままでした。 ホテルの対応が残念でなりません。

Japan|Age: 20s|Couple1Posted: 26/9/2023深夜1時半頃に火災報知器が鳴り響き火事ですので速やかに避難するようにとアナウンスが鳴りました。急いで部屋を飛び出して外に出ましたがホテルの受付は全く指示がなく真夜中に外で放置。何もわからず周りの人から寒いから中に入っておいたらと提案がありロビーで待機、受付の人間に状況を確認するが現在確認中としか答えない。そこから20分ほど待ったが火災報知器は誤作動でしたとのこと。特になんの説明もなく部屋に戻れたのは2時過ぎ。かなり怖い思いをしたが軽い謝罪のみ。 そこまではとても楽しい思い出だったが夜中に恐怖で叩き起こされずさんすぎるとも言えるホテル側の対応に唖然としました。もう泊まりたいとは思えません。

湖側の部屋で湖と山の景色を楽しみました。窓側のクッションフロア（？）で景色を楽しみつつゴロゴロしながら寛げるリゾートツインを選んでよかったと思います。食事は夜も朝も品数が多く、種類も豊富でおなかがいっぱいになりました。天空ガーデンスパは思っていた以上に素晴らしく、夕日が沈むのを見ながら、そして夜は星空を眺めながら、お風呂を楽しむことができました。スタッフの方々も気持ちの良い対応で、すべてにおいて満足しました。阿寒湖を訪れる際はまた利用させていただきたいと思います。
