Japan|Age: 50s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 18/9/2023ホテルに到着した時からスタッフの方が親切に声をかけていただき、案内して下さいました。 ホテル内も豪華で清潔感があり、いい香りに癒されました。 お部屋も綺麗で快適に過ごせました。 お料理の種類も豊富でなくなったスタッフの方がすぐに補充して下さって嬉しかったです。 部屋から見る花火の迫力はサイコーでした。

フロント、客室、大浴場、プール、卓球、花火、食事、どれも非常に良かった。 プールは広くて、ウォータースライダーもあるし、食事は種類も多く、大変満足でした。また行きたいと思います。

部屋のベッドの固さ、枕は最適でした。どこのメーカーか調べるの忘れました。アメニティ他用意されていたものも申し分ありません。部屋はテラスに露天風呂がついたタイプ（温泉露天風呂付☆ユニバーサルテラスルーム）でしたが、天然かけ流しで眺めも最高です。最上階にある共用露天風呂も、アメニティ、設備、眺めと言い、素晴らしいとしか言いようがありません。ロビーに置いてある書物もセンスが良かったです。 今まで利用してきたホテルの中でも最もお勧めするホテルだと思います。 ただ、食事は普通かなと思いました。

Very good lake view and wonderful firework. Food and hot spring are good too. Free shuttle bus provided, very convenient for family trip.
