Japan|Age: 40s|Couple4Posted: 26/9/20239月24日から1泊でした。まずはフロントの女性の案内はすごくよく、部屋もグレードアップしました。 部屋に関しては、洞爺湖が一望でき良かったのですが、古さはあり、洗面台から下水の匂いがあり臭かったです。お風呂は大変素晴らしく、食事のメニューもたくさんあってよかったです。従業員の挨拶や笑顔は全くなくてレストランの従業員はため息をつきながら仕事をしていて不快になった。 部屋と従業員のあいさつなど、気にしなければお風呂も食事も花火もきれいみれるのでいいかと思いました。また機会あれば泊まりたいです。

子連れには、良い温泉施設。 プールがあることから、子どもは大変喜んでいた。 バイキングも海鮮からステーキ、フルーツやスイーツなど子どもが好きなものが多く良かった。 大浴場は、洞爺湖を一望でき、大変良かった。景色は圧巻だった。 残念なところ、部屋の和室がだいぶ古く傷みを感じるところ、特に水回りは若干カビ臭い。次回は、和室ではないタイプの部屋にしてみたい。

新しくなってから初めての利用でしたが、館内はとても綺麗でした。部屋もグレードアップして頂き、大満足です。無料で利用できるラウンジもあり、中島を望みながらのんびり過ごしました。部屋は広くお風呂トイレ別でしたしアメニティも豊富でしたが、ベットのシーツや枕類が生乾き臭が凄くて残念でした。ビュッフェは種類もそれなりで美味しかったですし、ソフトドリンクも豊富て良かったですが、会場がビックリするほど寒くて、そこはとても残念でした。お風呂では目の前で花火が見れ、感動しました。お風呂上がりのラウンジもあり、お茶を飲みながら過ごしました。

なんと言っても、大浴場からの景色が抜群です。泉質はもちろん、湯船からの景色は忘れることはないでしょう。花火も部屋からキレイに鑑賞できました。 ただ時期的に混雑は予想してましたが、特に夕食時は本当に参ってしまいました。バイキングなので仕方ありませんが、会場に入る所から長蛇の列でした。もう少し上手く誘導できないものでしょうか？食べ物自体は種類も多くて、美味しかっただけに少し残念でした。

経営が変ったと聞き、何が変わったのかと思いましたが、おおむね今まで通りでした、ここの売りは大浴場と朝食かな。
