    ご飯も美味しい立地も良く設備は古いけど丁寧な対応で気持ち良く過ごせました。お風呂も良かったです。フェリーの予約が無ければもう一泊したかったです。ありがとうございました。

    父の退職祝いで家族みんなで宿泊しました。 8人と大人数だった為2部屋で取り、元々レストランでの夕食のプランでしたが、宿泊前日に連絡があり、他の家族と一緒に部屋食に変更して頂きました。 家族みんなで食べる事が出来て良かったです。 ありがとうございました。 また、お食事を運んで下さった2名の方も感じの良い方で、写真をお願いすると撮ってもらえて家族の記念写真になりました。 ありがとうございました。 ひとつだけ残念な事があり、女性の大浴場の脱衣所にあるドライヤーがたまたまほぼ冷風みたいな風しか出ない物に当たり全然乾きませんでした。 たぶん壊れていると思うので、替えて頂きたいです。 それ以外は夕食も食べ切れないほどの品数で味もおいしかったのと、朝食のバイキングもおいしく満足でした。 また、お部屋から湖が一望でき、花火も部屋から見れて良い思い出になりました。 スタッフの方の接客も丁寧で良かったです。 ありがとうございました!

・If you arrive after 20:00 without contacting us, you may be treated as a non-stay.

・A bathing tax of 300 yen per person will be charged separately. (per night)

・Customers who apply for the "room meal plan" can choose the type of kamameshi that they like, and please contact us by phone by the day before.

・If there is no contact, it will be an optional kamameshi. There are seven types of kamameshi: red fish, salmon, chicken, scallop, crab, sea bream, and eel.

・From April 1, 2020, all guest rooms will be non-smoking. Please use the smoking corner in the 1F lobby.

Our hotel offers a free shuttle service from JR Toya Station. ☆If you wish to use the free shuttle service, please let us know your train arrival time (Toya Station) by the day before.

Please note that the pick-up service is only available after 14:00 on the day of arrival. Departure from Toya Station: According to the JR arrival time requested. Delivery is only in the morning of the departure date.
