The fish dish in the full-course meal features local fish (the type of fish changes depending on the day). However, the type of fish may vary depending on the season and the number of guests. When the weather prevents the fishermen from going out to sea, there may be occasions when service is not possible. Instead, the dish may be replaced with a platter of fresh sashimi, and the meat dish will feature Awaji beef filet steak, produced from calves of Matsusaka beef. Awaji beef has recently become a high-end branded beef. Previously, filet cuts were only tender but lacked the flavor compared to sirloin, however, Awaji beef filet is rich in marbling and offers exceptional taste, as shown in the photo. Highly recommended for meat enthusiasts. The appetizer features octopus from Awaji, marinated in olive oil based on plum and shiso, served as carpaccio. Awaji octopus is tender and has a pleasant sweetness when chewed. The portions are very generous. Please book this plan with at least two adults. You cannot book with only one adult. Dinner Information (Dinner time starts at 18:00) The basic course meal includes a satisfying 9 dishes full of volume.
