--------------------------------------------------- Special Offer: Wine and sake paired with seasonal meals provided. --------------------------------------------------- The mountain-style banquet cuisine of Goshobessho, which combines both Japanese and Western atmospheres, is complemented with sake and wine that enhance the flavors of the dishes. In this marriage plan, in addition to fruity and well-balanced sake from Hyogo Prefecture, the wine selection spans from French Burgundy to the New World. Finally, enjoy the rich culinary world of Goshobessho with noble rot wine from Sauternes. Changes to soft drinks are not available. Meals At counter seats with large windows or private rooms, savor the mountain-style banquet cuisine of Goshobessho, which maximizes the natural flavors of carefully selected local ingredients while enjoying the seasonal scenery. The ingredients used are primarily seasonal, including vegetables from the Arima vicinity and natural seafood caught in Akashiura and the Seto Inland Sea. These carefully selected ingredients are prepared without being bound by traditional forms, delivering their original flavors and the taste of the seasons through the finest cooking techniques. As a plan benefit, we will offer several types of wine and sake that pair well with meals. [Breakfast] Original sausages, seasonal vegetables from the Arima area, egg dishes made with Awaji free-range chicken eggs, special bread, and handmade fromage blanc from Sanda Hinata Farm are all included in generous portions. [Room] On a site of approximately 1400 tsubo, there are a total of 10 thermal suite rooms, featuring single-story VILLA types with high ceilings and an open atmosphere, as well as two-story MAISONETTE types.
