Japan|Age: 50s|Family with kid(s)4Posted: 1/10/2023非常口の説明が一切なかった。 フロントは、機械的であらゆることで説明がいまひとつ。風呂掃除の人もあいそも何もなく なんだか残念。 料理、お風呂、部屋 全てよかったのに、特にフロントが・・・ 昔はもっとしっかりと社員教育をされていた気がするのですが、時代の流れなのでしょうか？何だか残念でした。

常宿として、何回も宿泊をしていますが、今回初めてフロント係の覇気の無さ、声が小さい、笑顔が無い、やる気のなさに驚いて帰ってきました。 あと、私語が多いので、これをご覧になった上司の方は速やかに注意をしてください。 フロント係は誰でも採用されるのでしょうか？ホテルの顔と思っていましたが、特に男性のフロント係は笑顔が全くないので、何か面白くないことでもあった？と客に思わせてしまいますよ。外出時に鍵を預け、4時間後に戻ってきました。フロントに鍵を預けた男性スタッフがいたので声をかけようとしたら、今日泊まりにきた客と勘違いされ、宿泊前の用紙に記入を促されそうになりました。鍵を預けた時、私だけでしたが。短時間外出する客一人覚えられないんですね。 食事、温泉良かったのに残念。 暇そうに私語をしているのなら、個人客だとしても、見送りしてはいかがですか？夕食会場のスタッフさんは、笑顔が沢山あって素晴らしい対応力がある方々ばかりでした。美味しい食事をありがとうございました。

温泉がとても良かったです。お部屋にも温泉にもお水があって水分補給をしながら何回も入りました。お客さんはいっぱいいたと思うのでたまたまだと思いますが、一人になる機会が多くてゆっくりできました。

娘と２人で利用しました。 部屋から見る湖が美しくお料理も美味しい、大きな三つのお風呂も気持ちよくて大満足です。 夜のさんさ踊りも楽しかった。 また利用します！

ご飯が美味しく、温泉も良かったです。 源泉掛け流しの南部曲がりの湯はもう少し営業時間が長いと良かったなと思います。
