Please savor it to your heart's content. ■Meals■ Dinner: Banquet cuisine featuring vegetables and delicious meat from Kumamoto and Aso, showcasing the 'power of the region.'This is high-quality special cuisine. ※Please enjoy the main dish, a low-calorie and flavorful steamed basket of Kumamoto Akaushi beef and vegetables.The Akaushi beef portion is specially selected loin. Dinner is served starting from 6:00 PM. The vegetables used at our facility are grown either in our own garden, in this region of Oguni-go, or sourced from Kumamoto and Kyushu with a focus on quality. Additionally, other recommended dishes include sashimi of red trout, horse sashimi, salt-grilled yamame fish, and the main Kumamoto Akaushi beef—all locally sourced from Kumamoto. The plum used for the aperitif was grown in our garden and pickled by our staff. Furthermore, the rice is either grown in our own fields with pure water or sourced from contracted farmers. The pickles are handmade and provided by our facility. ◆ Kumamoto's specialty 'horse sashimi' is a low-calorie dish rich in iron and calcium, several times more than other meats, and is a fresh product without any odor.It is especially recommended for women as a gentle dish for the body.
