◎ [Luxurious seafood kaiseki course with boat-shaped platter] [Japanese breakfast] [Japanese dinner]

    Credit card prepayment only

"If you stay at Kaishu overnight, you'll become a sea lion," one guest said. "The portions are so big you won't be able to finish them all!" Their most popular dish is the "luxurious boat platter." Who on earth came up with the idea of boat platter cuisine, and when did it start? When I first saw it, I was amazed at how impressive it was. The boat platter, with various fish and shellfish lined up on top of the shape of a seasonal fish, is not only spectacular, but I was also impressed by how beautiful it is. If you come to Kaishu, you won't become a sea lion expert unless you try the boat platter. Please relax in a room with a panoramic view of the sea and the sunset. [Menu of the luxurious kaiseki seafood course with a boat-shaped platter] ◆Appetizer: Assorted seasonal dishes ◆Western dish: Warm salad with salmon and scallops ◆Sashimi: Luxury boat-shaped platter (6 kinds) ◆Grilled dish: Japanese black beef steak ◆Dish: Sakura snapper shabu-shabu ◆Ceramic plate: Grilled live abalone ◆Vinegared dish: Firefly squid pickled in yuzu vinegar ◆Fried dish: Tempura of large shrimp and sandfish ◆Steamed dish: Steamed conger eel and chicken leaves ◆Rice dish: Bamboo shoot rice ◆Dish: Soup ◆Pickles: Assortment of three kinds of pickles ◆Dessert: Seasonal jelly <Photo is for illustration purposes only> *Please note that the menu may change slightly depending on the season and what is available. *We will provide a reduced-volume children's meal for elementary school students and a children's lunch for toddlers. From April to September, the bright red sun sinks into Tango and the Sea of Japan. Enjoy the view of Yuhigaura from the comfort of your room. If you walk about two minutes to the beach, you'll be greeted by a swaying beach swing. It's the perfect spot for Instagram. And from the rooftop observation deck, you can enjoy a view that you can only see at Kaishu. From the rooftop, which overlooks the Sea of Japan, not only is the contrast between the sea and the sunset particularly beautiful, but the view of the red afterglow and deep indigo blue that intertwine after the sun has completely set is also breathtaking.
