Japan|Age: 50s|Solo4Posted: 25/9/20239月23日宿泊。コンビニ、ドラッグストア等近く、コインパーキングも近くにあり立地満足。大浴場でスリッパは鍵付下駄箱に入れるので清潔感あり。部屋は狭いですが、WiFiもつながり、プラズマクラスターもあり、きれいなのでこの宿泊費でしたらとても満足です。

初めての利用です。立地は最高、四条烏丸で阪急、地下鉄とも徒歩数分、ビジネス街の中、デパートも近く繁華街も徒歩圏内。バスも多く、京都駅前より汎用性がありと感じます。洗濯機、空気清浄機もあって設備は万全、ただその分和室だと狭いかな。また利用します。

立地はとてもよく設備もよかったですが、椅子の座面が取れて壊れていて、落ちて尻餅つきました。換気扇もカビ臭かったです。

四条烏丸の交差点に近くて、何かと便利な立地のわりにお値段はリーズナブル。無料ウェルカムドリンクが嬉しかったです！

【良かった点】 とにかく好立地、露天付き大浴場、ドリンクサービス、部屋に洗濯機、必要な物が揃ったコンパクトな部屋、寝心地良い寝具、リーズナブルな宿泊料金 【悪かった点】 チェックイン可能時間を過ぎても部屋の準備ができていない、宿泊料の過大請求(割引が反映されていない)、事前に電話依頼した内容が引き継がれていない、無料貸出し自転車が一部宿泊者に独占され使えない(フロントで鍵の行方を把握していないため、特定の者が鍵を無断でキープ)

An ozone (O3) deodorant system has been installed in common areas and all guest rooms, and a dedicated machine has been installed on the roof.
